What can i do to the level of sugar in my body it drops to 47 during the day !

When does this happen: before or after meals? Are you on any medications? Any other symptoms along with this level of sugar? And how are you measuring it and how frequent is this drop in blood sugar (how many times has it happened and for how long?)
