Chest xray results :accentuation of the broncho vascular pattern is noted more at the hilas. The heart is nirmal in size with regular shape and contours. But aorta is dilated in caliber and unfolded
We need to know the reason why the chest xray was done ie what are your symptoms. Is it cough sputum fever or shortness of breath or pain. It might be bronchitis of fluid overload. And depending on the smoking history you might need to do a CT scan which will show and differentiate better what is seen on the xray. So follow up with the Dr who requested the xray.
