Why isn't it recommended to sleep with socks on?
Jan 27, 2014
Leaving socks on all the time would increase the risk of fungal infection. However in winter, when it's cold weather and the humidity is less there is lower risk of such infections and they can be left while sleeping. But in this case they should be changed frequently.
