Well the echo and stress are for a check up due to PVCs. but results are normal. after the test BP went back to 13/8. my avg is 13/9. donno if i should start taking med this early i am 39 yrs old !

If your average at home is 130/90, you should start with weight loss, exercise and limiting your alcohol( if you drink) and salt intake.
