When my period starts, I feel pain all over my back so I take paracetamol tablets. Are they good or should I stop them? And what kind of tablets should I take?

You need to have an echo of the pelvis to rule out endometriosis or any organic painful lesion. You can take paracetamol if it is a simple dysmenorrhea.
