Breast cancer is a serious diagnosis. If untreated, the cancer will increase in size and may spread to other organs in the body and become incurable. if caught early, most cases of breast cancer can be treated the cure rate is high.
I strongly advise you not to ignore this condition and to seek immediate medical advice and treatment.
I also strongly advise you to inform your closest friend and or family member as psychological support is critical and essential during the treatment phase of your disease.
Remember that breast cancer is curable in the majority of cases.

Breast cancer is diagnosed by doing a biospy or by doing Fine needle aspiration for a lump in the breast .
did you get a biopsy, or is it a preliminary (assumption) diagnosis based on mammography or breast ultrasound, they did for you ???
it you did not get a biopsy, you should before having to worry.
Because 80% of suspicious lumps in the breast, reveals to be benign disease (specially at your age)
if you did a biopsy, and you have a real diagnosis of cancer, then I totally agree with Dr JAMALI answer .
you will be astonished of how much improvement we have, in surgery and treatment for breast cancer. And a lot solutions exists, to make you feel good in the choices of treatment. the options you have today, before the disease get worst or the tumor gets bigger push you to seek an urgent treatment in order, to get you an appropriate treatment with least dammage. It is for sure, a serious and frightening disease, but running ahead, will only make things worst.
