I therefore urge to see a dermatologist, and not self-administer any treatment just because you have read online that this is the optimal treatment for your condition, because:
A- The diagnosis may be wrong in the 1st place
B- You do not know the correct dosage of this medication, and in your case it looks like you are actually on a wrong dose of clindamycin, and you are already experiencing the side effects of the drug
