Possible causes include anemia (especially in females of the reproductive age group, due to menstrual cycle bleeding), hypothyroidism (poor thyroid function), stress. You need to do basic blood tests (complete blood count, thyroid function tests, lipid panel) and take it from there. Also, obstructive sleep apnea (interrupted breathing while sleeping) secondary to obesity may be the cause (of course if you're obese) because you don't get refreshing sleep and not enough oxygen reaches the brain at night, resulting in daytime sleepiness and tiredness. This is diagoned based on history and polysomnography (sleep studies)

You might feel some some laziness and tiredness throughout the day may sometimes indicate a medical condition ranging from simple such as anemia ,bad diet (rich in fats and low in proteins and carbs, junk food ,low fiber diet ,...),infections ,and to more serious medical problems,
other important factor is dehydration ,if you don't take much water you must drink 8-10 glasses of water
weather can contribute to such laziness ,and in such case you can boost your alert in drinking much water and juices rich in vitamin c
If the situation last long check with a doctor to undergo some tests especially if there are other symptoms associated with .
A basal sleep need of seven to eight hours every night, but where things get complicated is the interaction between the basal need and sleep debt. For instance, you might meet your basal sleep need on any single night or a few nights in a row, but still have an unresolved sleep debt that may make you feel more sleepy and less alert at times
So it a matter of quality of sleep not the time spent in sleep ,and if you have an interrupted sleep then you will probably been sleepy even if you sleep 10 hrs .
To pave the way for better sleep,it is recommended that you :
-Establish consistent sleep and wake schedules, even on weekends
-Create a regular, relaxing bedtime routine such as soaking in a hot bath or listening to soothing music – begin an hour or more before the time you expect to fall asleep
-Create a sleep-conducive environment that is dark, quiet, comfortable and cool
-Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows
-Use your bedroom only for sleep and sex (keep "sleep stealers" out of the bedroom – avoid watching TV, using a computer or reading in bed)
-Finish eating at least 2-3 hours before your regular bedtime
-Exercise regularly.
-Avoid caffeine and alcohol products close to bedtime and give up smoking All the days I feel that I want take a nap even when im already awake imso lazy even when I drink cofe or eat energetic food wht I should do about this situation thank
