Ginkgo biloba or ginseng? What is better of use for memory enhancement and as an energy source? With less side effects .
Dec 8, 2016
Ginkgo biloba. However newer studies are showing that probably both are not very effective. The best would be to exercise regularly, 4-5 times per week. Good luck!
