Can psoriasis be treated completely? i heard about biologic, what side-effects could they have?

A biologic is a protein-based drug derived from living cells cultured in a laboratory, the biologics used to treat psoriatic disease act by blocking the action of a specific type of immune cell called a T cell, or by blocking proteins in the immune system,these cells and proteins all play a major role in developing psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
and relying on the mechanism they do by blocking proteins in immune system ,then it is logic that using them will increase the risk of infection like respiratory infections,flu-like symptoms

the one who develop any sign of an infection such as a fever, cough or flu-like symptoms or have any cuts or open sores should contact their doctor right away.however,these side effects are mild and will be handled and will not cause a patient to stop using biologics for having them except if severe.
there are some rare side effects ,if any one on biologic felt any side effect he should inform his doctor for that.
The doctor may give them according to your medical condition and they are prescribed in mild to moderate cases they are an option for those who have not responded to or have experienced harmful side effects from other treatments. and may prescribe them along of the use of other psoriasis medications .
