Blood test CPK level = 5000 U/L. last year CPK=470.Doctor prescribed Zetrik plus this year and last. I feel no pain, i do no sports regularly.what can be the cause? any additional tests to be done?

cpk is too much elevated and a muscular problem is to look for so an emg isto be done as well asan ekg and amuscular biopsy
