It could be internal hemorrhoids - which are malformed blood vessels in that area that get engorged in blood and dilate. Upon impact against stools, they rupture and bleed (they have abnormal walls that easily break). The likelihood of having internal hemorrhoids is higher if you already have external hemorrhoids, which can be seen and touched on the anal area. Unlike internal hemorrhoids, however, external hemorrhoids can be extremely painful when they become inflamed.
Other less likely causes of painless fresh bleedingwwith in the stools include diverticulosis (the are small benign growths in the intestines that may bleed), or a tumor (this is usually associated with feeling of heaviness in the abdomen, unintentional weight loss, +/- constipation).
I advise that you consult a gastroenterologist to get a proper examination and do any necessary interventions.
