I believe you are referring to anxiety or panic attacks, which are very similar to a heart attack. These episodes may or may not occur as a result of being angry - they still can happen without any obvious reasons. The main initial symptom is a sensation of terror, impending doom or death and feeling out of control. This is accompanied by physical symptoms that mimic a heart attack. These include chest pain, hyperventilation (breathing fast), rapid pulse, diffuse tremors and muscle spasms. The attack usually lasts for no longer than 10 minutes on average.
