My arm hurts! I feel weak! I can't easily squeeze a stress ball. I feel my muscles have been contracted. I also did a test (forgot the name) that if u have that disease it becomes red in 24hours
It’s normal to experience a little discomfort and soreness for a day after a blood test, but arm pain that lasts longer is less common. When it occurs, the best course of action is to see a doctor and make sure there’s no sign of nerve damage, hematoma, or infection at the site of the needle stick. Most needle sticks hurt, but, fortunately, they don’t cause lasting damage.
Since it is the first day after your blood test ,it is quiet normal ,you can apply cold compress at the site of bruise take tylenol or profen ,if the pain is increasing more contact your doctor for the possible causes i mentioned .

concerning the other test is it a test under the skin ,an allergy test or a TB test ,this will show a result after 24 hrs to 72 hours if a reaction occurs and will present in mild swelling and redness and raised swelling normally ,but if the size of raised swelling redness and it is rigid or hard then there may be a problem
other cause of your pain and redness and your weak arm might be depending on the test and the needle used ,don't try to hold any thing in your tested arm or make hard actions in
