Thx ...I had a c-section from a year....this issue doesn't happen every time and it's not painfully just uncomfortable feeling from behind.and I had pelvic exam and ultrasound and everything was fine
most probably it is adhesion post c-section, or less likely endometriosis ( blood clots from endometrial uterin cells outside the uterus).
treatment for adhesion is surgery, so when you wil deliver next time by c-section, the surgeon can perform adhesiolysis.
