They found 2 nodules on my grandma's pancreas (over 90 years old). Could this be benign or is it surely cancer? How can she be treated and is there a chance of recovery?

Dr. Salim Saab Otolaryngology (ENT)
In order to determine the nature of these nodules, an MRI must be done.
As for the recovery question,
- If it's benign (not interfering with the Pancreas's functions) they shouldn't necessarily be removed
- If they're cancerous, a treatment called "Paliative Treatment" is either done or not depending on the patient's (your grandma for example) health in general.
