My palms are turning yellow? What's the cause behind this?

Many reasons can cause yellow skin. Jaundice can cause it in this case it is a problem related to the ducts of the liver or biliary tract. Excess of carotene found mainly in carrots and sweet potatoes can also cause it. Another reason is a problem in the thyroid. There are also some other causes but they are rare.
