I have a yellow line along the middle of my big toe nail and underneath the nail is yellow. Some discharge comes out at the top (between skin and nail) but there is no pain. Could it be fungus?

fungal infection is highly suspicious. Advise to do fungal culture from the discharge and initiate treatment.
