Pendant toute cette période, l'utilisation d'un ecran total 50+ est essentielle renouvelé toutes les 2h dès qu il ya du soleil sinon la cicatrice risque de foncer. Vous pouvez des 3 semaines apres la suture masser votre cicatrice en appuyant pour la rendre souple avec une simple crème hydratante ou une crème siliconée. Mais le plus important reste la protection solaire avec écran et le massage plus que la crème utilisée pour masser.
