Is eating Baked Nuts (Bzourat Mechwe), the one we find at supermarkets, Good for ppl with high Cholesterol?

When consumed in moderate quantities, meaning not more than a handful once per day, baked nuts (especially walnuts) that are NOT salted are good for increasing the good cholesterol (high density lipoprotein or HDL) which confers protection for the blood vessels against the formation of cholesterol plaques that can block the vessels.
