I have done 5 failed IVF and 1 failed donor. I have a PCO. Can I get pregnant even with donor IVF?

Dr. Nemer Charafeddine Obstetrics & Gynecology
What is your age?

Did you have the same protocol or different ones in each trial?
In PCOs patient the protocol should be chosen delicately.

How many follicles were retrieved ? What was your E2 level before triggering?
Were the 6 trials done in the same center?
And most importantly, is it true that you are PCO? Did they perform a laparoscopy to check for endometriosis (endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity, like on tubes or ovary, that can cause infertility and failed IVF), or to do ovarian drilling (a surgical cure for PCO)?
Or have you been operated by Hysteroscopy, to check your endometrial cavity for any polyps or fibroids?
Also did your partner have normal sperm parameters?
You should have done that before going to donor IVF.

For answering your question about donor IVF, I guess you mean donor oocyte (female egg), yes you can get pregnant.
Though i insist that you know what went wrong in your 6 previous trials.
