I had misscarraige on dec 10 and no period after it On jan 16 did test but negative but on 20 it was positive ..how long could i be pregnant If my hcg was 583 on 27 but the transvaginal saw no nothing
You can't date your pregnancy using the level of bhcg. With a level of bhcg of 583 you will not see anything on ultrasound. My advice for you is repeat the ultrasound in one week to accurately date your pregnancy.
