I feel below my left testicle like warm & include something like a rice size feeling not attached to testicle but to epidimis, Cancer? Variculose?Thx

We can not tell what is a mass without seeing and examining it. It might even be a normal part of the epididymis.
What we can tell is that, if the mass you are feeling is not in the testicle, it would not probably be a cancer.
