Below my left testicle (when relaxed) I feel like consolidated worms small bag with no pain. Is it varicose or epididymis or just normal? Should I check them? I've been feeling this for years.
Varicocele is usually above the testicle. What you are feeling below the testicle is most probably the epididymis.
