Are you certain about these numbers? |If so, then your daughter has obvious failure to thrive (FTT), as her weight is on the 5th percentile and her height is on the 10th percentile for age and gender, both severely low. What were her previous measures? Were they always this low? Has she been tested for possible causes of FTT: has she has recurrent severe illnesses requiring hospitalization? Hypothyroidism (poor thyroid gland function)? Growth hormone deficiency? Other serious diseases like cystic fibrosis or metabolic disorders?
