Your brother is still young, usually men will get fully mature by the age of 21 years. If his hair is still thin and doesn't get thicker then it's his type of body hair that is usually not considered as a disease unless you notice that in some parts of the body he has lost hair. Concerning pimples alot of skin conditions can cause this.
