If pasteurized milk is good and non pasteurized milk is bad then why do some milk brands sell non pasteurized milk?

We are not at liberty to discuss any brand names. But some types of cheeses, for culinary reasons most probably, namely soft cheeses (Roquefort, Camembert, brie etc.), are made with raw milk.
