It could be and could be not ,on one hand the symptoms comes with work anxiety and stress which points to an anxiety factor cause and on the other hand your tests are 2 years ago which is not enough you need to undergo new tests to eliminate other dizziness causes.
Dizziness, feeling dizzy or light-headed are common symptoms of stress, fear, and anxiety.
Unfortunately, this symptom often is misdiagnosed and not attributed to stress and anxiety because some doctors don't believe that dizziness is a common symptom of stress and anxiety.
Many of those who struggle with anxiety experience dizziness as a symptom. The good news is that once they have dealt with their anxiety issues, their symptoms, including dizziness, are eliminated.
Dizziness often is a stubborn symptom. Unless we do the right things, it generally persists. Knowing how to eliminate it, then following through with the right recovery strategies is the way to eliminate dizziness
THESE ARE ILLUSTRATION WHY TIREDESS AND STRESS COUL CAUSE DIZZINESS :
>When you are tired you may feel dizzy because you have low blood pressure – this means that the heart does not pump blood around the body as well as usual or the heart may beat a little slower than usual. If you have rest and something to eat (to increase the blood sugar level) your blood pressure will increase and you won’t feel dizzy!
>one reason for this is because our breathing gets shallow and we dont get enough oxygen to our brain. Balance is usually controlled by fluid in our ears and when that fluid is moving in a different way in one ear compared to the other example after spinning for a while we can get dizzy
>if your body doesn’t have enough fuel (glucose) to do what you’re asking it to a lack of glucose can lead to both tiredness/lethargy and dizziness
>When you’re tired your body tries to tell you you need to rest and the dizziness can be a result of imbalances in your body like low blood pressure or blood sugar.
OTHER POSSIBLE CAUSES THAT MUST BE ELIMINATED TO INSURE AN ANXIETIC CAUSE ARE :
>If your dizziness occur as a head rush for a short period of times then the case might be a postural hypertention or orthostatic hypertention presented as dizziness for a short period when changing position .
>another possible cause if the headache is throbbing is Migraine it can be associated with dizziness in some patients and you may feel somehow nausea
>ear problems if there is other associated ear symptoms may also contribute to this,if you had tinnitus(ringing in ears) in any or both ears or dizziness is like an attack of rotational vertigo that can be severe, incapacitating, unpredictable, and last anywhere from minutes to hours, beside fullness in either or both ears and some how decrease in hearing then this will be a disorder of the inner ear that can affect hearing and balance to a varying degree called MENIERE's disease
>if the dizziness is recently felt you may have an infection that is affecting your balance and show in this manner due to dehydration
>if you don't drink that much fluids or have poor diet these symptoms might be seen too due to dehydration and lack of minerals and carbohydrates
>anemia can cause these too and cause low blood pressure ,dizziness and headache ,many reasons might be affecting each other and contribute in the problem
Many causes might be i mentioned the common so to confirm a diagnose you should consult a doctor who examined you and depending on the examination and the symptoms you feel he will order further tests and then gives the necessary treatment .
To figure out if your stress and anxiety are the cause ,eliminate them if the dizziness goes then they are the cause simply .
