Dr. Rania Mousa General Medicine
>First,Paxil (paroxetine hydrochloride) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat depression, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and a severe form of premenstrual syndrome (premenstrual dysphoric disorder).

Paxil is available as a generic drug, and dosing is usually once daily or as directed by your doctor.
THE MOST COMMON SIDE EFFECTS OF PAXIL ARE :
nervous feelings, drowsiness, DIZZINESS , nasal irritation, insomnia, or mild nausea.

>Being anxious all the time also predispose you to dizziness episodes as i have mentioned before ,but why always you are anxious about your health if all your readings are normal every time you have done tests
It is good to be concerned about your health ,it is good to have check ups from time to time.
i like your curiosity about your own health since many people neglect the very importance factor about their lives which is their health BUT this must make you more satisfied and not anxious since you had no health or medical problems .
As long as you had normal blood tests and check ups ,eating properly healthy diet ,having normal vital signs (normal pulse ,respiratory rates, heart rate ,temperature ,blood pressure) ,no frequent infections ,your immunity is good ,exercising well ,NOT SMOKING ,NO ARGILLY ,no toxic medications ,normal healthy standard sexual relationships ,then you must not be worried at all you must be happy and have a relax inside .try to think about it .

>The third reason for your dizziness might be your ears ,if you are hearing ringing in your ears ,it is advisable to check them with an ENT doctor ,to be evaluated
Ménière's disease is an inner ear condition that causes dizziness or vertigo, hearing loss, and ringing in the ears (tinnitus). The disease usually affects one ear, but can occur in both.

What causes the disease is unknown, but scientists believe that it’s caused by excess fluid inside the hearing and balance canals of your inner ear.

This fluid, called endolymph, sends signals to the brain about your hearing and balance. Too much fluid can cause swelling in the inner ear. Doctors believe this swelling distorts the information sent to your brain, causing the symptoms of Ménière's disease.

Ménière’s disease usually involves a combination of these symptoms:

Dizziness or vertigo, an extreme dizziness that makes you unable to stand or sit up, often with nausea and vomiting
Ringing or roaring in the ear (tinnitus)
Hearing loss
A feeling of pressure in the ear

Ménière’s disease can be hard to diagnose, because other conditions sometimes cause similar symptoms. To find out if you have Ménière’s disease, your doctor will take your medical history, perform a physical exam, and conduct a few painless tests for hearing and balance.

So the plan now is to go check with your ENT doctor if this is the cause of ringing and dizziness if not then the two first causes are the one yours ,remember to stay calm and relax have deep breaths and proper eating and healthy life this will lessens other symptoms
