Especially if you don't have any symptoms, it would be prudent to repeat the test.

It would be even better to do a VB3 (a urine test after prostatic massage) that is better in defining chronic prostatic infections.

If an infection is identified:

- Treatment would be better using another molecule

- Treatment must be given for a minimum of 4 weeks.
