All those u listed I've done them, they came back normal.. what should I do please help :(

Then it most likely is telogen effluvium. If you've started complaining of this condition less than 6 months ago, then it's acute (vs chronic if it lasts for more than 6 months). Factors that induce hair to fall in large amounts in the telogen phase include stress (mostly physical stress like after a severe illness or after surgery ; sometimes emotional stress can also produce this phenomenon), crash dieting and anorexia (due to a diet that is poor in iron and proteins), discontinued hormonal therapy (if youwere taking ioral contraceptive pills for example and you recently stopped). This condition usually resolves on its own within a few months. You could apply topical minoxidil, knowing that this medication is not always effective. And if your diet is not well balanced, you should definitely address this as a 1st step.
