How to deal with the sandstorm in Lebanon and avoid catching diseases, especially that I have a history of shortness of breath and tachycardia?

- You need to prevent exposure, stay indoor and if needed to go out, put a mask and start a treatment with your doctor for your shortness of breath so that it is not worsened by the sand storm.

I did an adenoids, sinus and deviation surgery almost a year ago, but I still wake up with a stuffy nose and get nosebleeds often and can't breathe easily, could it be that the surgery didn't go well?
