Which breast implant is better? Silicone, Saline, or the "gummy bear" one? And which is more safe?

What do you mean by better? (shape, consistency,...) As for safety, Saline is the safest breast implant. The "Gummy bear" implant has been approved recently by the FDA, but the long-term effects haven't been studied yet.

The safety of breast implants have been studied extensively over the past decade. They are proven safe as far as cancer and neuromuscular diseases are concerned. They are still associated with a certain risk of developing hardness or capsular contracture, which, in itself, is not dangerous, but can lead to additional surgery. Regarding the inal result, I do prefer silicone gel implants which give a better and more natural result.
