When i did urine test the pus cells were more than 100 then my dr consulyed to do urine culture and the result was no growth for any bacteria.. where does these pus cells come from?

These white blood cells may be part of vaginal secretions that have inadvertently gotten into the urine while collecting the sample. If you do not have any urinary tract infection symptoms (such as burning, dribbling, pain, frequency, weak urinary stream etc with urination), and in the absence of bacterial growth on urine culture, this should be reassuring.
