What's the reason of having sedimentation test showing ESR after one hour as 54 mm, and ESR after two hours as 89 ?? after googling, I found it can be a chronic inflammation. What does it mean? thanks

It can either be a chronic inflammation or an acute inflammation. A Chronic inflammation is an inflammation that lasts more than 6 weeks.
