What sort of medication used to relieve my anxiety and stress specially during exams period

first the key to deal with stress is to identify the stress and avoid it ,change your environment ,take a vacation ,don't argue much ,don't go in no result challenges ,avoid people who stress you, leave to another room or have a walk when stressed ,express your feelings don't hide them ,focus on the positive side ,and if you find your self thinking too much in a situation you can stop your brain talk by listening to a music any thing else like tv and you can loud the voice to stop you from thinking ,
try to take deep deep breath ,take it widely deep long breath from your nose slowly and give it slowly from your mouth that will calm you and stabilize your heart beats and thus protect from breathlessness ,close your eyes ,listen to music ,go out or open window for pure air flow and take this deep breath you will be ok and fine .these also might help to protect from stress :
-Go for a walk.
-Spend time in nature.
-Call a good friend and tell your problems
-Sweat out tension with a good workout and exercise ,you will put your energy in exercise rather in your body to prevent symptoms of stress
-Write on a dairy what bothers you and what happened this gives relax and read them times to benefit from them
-Take a long warm bath.
-warm lights
-change your routine
-Get a massage.
-Watch a comedy.
-stop anything that interfere with relaxing your nervous system ,like smoking or over caffeine intake,....
-sleep well deep enough sleep.
