The best way to stay in shape is to monitor the weight gain during pregnancy. Women with normal weight should gain between 11 to 16 kg during her entire pregnancy.
Overweight women should gain less, and underweight women should gain more.
Also exercise is a good way to stay healthy, you should ask your doctor what amount and types of exercise you should do.
