Tonsillitis with pharyngitis + greenish secretions. Klavox made herpes-like things for my face. According to my information, i know that ceftriaxone is the best for ENT bacteria.

You don't need to resort to ceftriaxone to treat tonsillitis unless there's inability to swallow the medication for one reason or another, because ceftriaxone is a big gun and we usually reserve it for more serious lower respiratory tract infections; the 2nd line treatment endorsed (after penicillin which still is the 1st line therapy for streptococcal tonsillitis/pharyngitis) by guidelines is cefuroxime axetil (Zinnat). Klacid (clarithromycin) has been recently found to be associated with adverse effects plus it's no longer as effective against resistant bacterial strains.
