Thx Dr. While reading online we see a link between erection and premature ejaculation. How can we know which one is the root problem?

There is no direct relationship between erection and premature ejaculation.
In other terms, there is no direct effect of a condition on the other.
In contrast, there might be a trigger of a psychogenic condition that could promote the emergence of the other.
For example, if a person has a premature ejaculation, this might cause a dissatisfaction. As a consequence, this person might have a decrease in his interest in intercourse, and even lead to an erectile dysfunction due to a "fear" from having a premature ejaculation.
