This year I've had a recurrent bad case of flu and bronchitis with fever and voice being gone, September once , November and now . Is it concerning to have it this often ?

it can be simply that you got two viral infections, and no need to worry. it would be worrisome if you got recurrent bacterial or fungal infections or severe ones.
