The left side of my jaw has been hurting me for 2 days everytime I open my mouth wide. Should I just take painkillers or should I see a doctor?

You can use a painkiller for the moment, but this is not the final solution. You may need to see a doctor, or a dentist since that could be related to jaw occlusion problem.
