Thanks alot doctor. Regarding warm ups and stretching and cardio training (treadmill. Elliltical. Bike) do I do them also? and regarding the meals..5 meals? Before or after workout? Thnks Rami fawaz.

Yes you can do stretch ups and cardio during the days where you are not following the routine described in the previous answer.
