Thank you doctor zakhia but I've been in this condition for two years(eyelashes and eyebrows loss, and bald patches(alopecia) in my head scalp) what should I do
This sounds more like Alopecia universalis (since it also involves the eyelashes and eyebrows). This is an autoimmune condition where your own immune system attacks your cells and tissues for no known reason. Have you done any other blood tests? Do you have other symptoms like joint swelling/redness /stiffness, skin rash, breathing problems, digestive difficulties? If some of these manifestations are indeed present, we could be looking at a rheumatologic disease. So please tell me if you have any of the symptoms I listed above and if you have done more tests that you have not told me about yet.
