Sometimes the nerves in my body hurt for no reason. (specially in thighs, wrist, legs). What could be the problem and how do I solve it?

A good physical exam and some labs will elucidate the causes. if there are no organic causes(arthritis, neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia...) a psychiatric cause should be ruled out
