Sometimes blood runs fast thru my veins and beat hard and it is visible. In different area specially when i lay or sit down , couple of times per day. Could be from stress ?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
Do you mean that your veins dilate when you're feeling warm? This is normal since when the body warms up, the blood vessels dilate (enlarge and as such become visible) to let out any excess heat in order to maintain a stable core body temperature. When you feel cold, on the other hand, the veins contract (shrink and you can barely see them) to minimize heat loss from the skin surface.
But if you mean you are having high pulse, then stress could be a cause, but the medical recommendation is to rule out an organic cause prior to establishing a diagnosis of stress-induced tachycardia. This could be related to the thyroid gland being overactive for example. I therefore advise you to see a doctor if this is happening frequently and bothering you.
