Sometimes after fart i feel something moving at the anus i do a stool analysis but there was nothing what could it be ?

What you feel and describe " something moving at my anus"" or a tickling sensation around the anus is meant an anal itch and there are many causes for that ranging from anxiety to a more serious problem .

it seems that this thing moving in the anus could be gas or intestinal secretions whych stay in the anus and didnt go out
