So can the man discover this issue While having an affair?

Actually using the process called Hymenorraphy the hymen tissue itself can be restored by a doctor before the wedding night or whatever function the hymen is required for. This is done by stitching together the remnants of the hymen and (if necessary) using tissue from the vaginal wall to make a complete hymen. This is an illegal procedure for moral/ethical reasons in many countries (especially those where virginity is a very important part of their culture). A good doctor I'm sure can stitch together the hymen such that even if examined by another doctor the hymen would appear intact and thus the woman would appear a virgin. There are of course healing time/issues but the procedure itself is fairly safe and unfortunately fairly common especially in cultures where presence of a hymen is more important. Often I believe this procedure is used to deceive the husband of a non-virgin that his bride is indeed a virgin. Deceiving is not a good way to start a marriage in my opinion. However, some women feel this is necessary for whatever reason.
Anyways, back to your question the short answer is no a doctor can't tell if she is a virgin or not truly as a good plastic surgeon,it can do a great job and fool any typical doctor. The only way to be sure I think is to either ask her (really what you should be doing), or the very poor alternative is to get a really really good doctor who can tell the difference between a hymen which has been repaired and one that is intact originally. Assuming there is a way to tell at all, though in my mind there might not be any way to tell. Any damage to the hymen may also be caused by usual things girls do like ride bikes and such which unless a very good eye is applied may easily be mistook for hymen repair surgery or vice versa.
so if a doctor can't tell ,so how for a man he wouldn't tell too ,after the sexual intercourse he will see the blood and it will be painfull that is it .
