First and foremost, we need to rule out an underlying medical condition that may be causing this increase in body hair. Cushing syndrome, during which you body produces too much cortisol and endogenous steroids, can result from a benign tumor in the brain or in the adrenal gland (the gland situated above the kidney). In this condition, you notice weight gain, wasting (thinning) of the muscles of the arms and legs, pink-purple striations and easy bruisability of the skin, and central obesity (you are fat in the trunk/belly). This disorder, if suspected, needs a special test and imaging (usually MRI of the brain and abdomen) to be diagnosed.
If however you are a body building aficionado, and may be taking steroids to speed up and enhance the process, then you need to know that these are the cause of your symptoms (plus they are harmful in many other ways, like causing increase blood pressure, affecting fertility, make your mood aggressive etc)
