Redness and itching near the genital area. I thought it was fungus tried, to treat it with lamisil for 5 days no result. Can I know from symptoms if it is eczema or I have to continue with lamisil?
Usually skin lesions are better defined when seen by a doctor.
We cannot make a definitive diagnosis without seeing those lesions, especially that you were not relieved by Lamisil.
So it would be better to see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
