Q. I got a very thin hair just after a bad diet.i got some advices to take supplements but plz can anybody give me the name of such supplements and what shampoo i am supposed to use?

if you know that the bad diet you went through is the cause of your problem then simply the solution by reversing the cause and once you start eating healthy diet and drinking too much fluids and water( 2 liters ),sleeping well around 8 hrs daily , exercising to inhance circulation ,avoiding chemicals ,trying to change your usual shampoo sometimes help ,there are shampoos in pharmacies which are medical you can choose one
